GADEM totals 34 members, out of which 23 are active members. GADEM has a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee.

The activities are implemented by five permanent staff: a coordinator, a projects manager, a person in charge of follow-up on foreigners’ rights, a project manager in charge of Moroccan confluence, and an administrator. The team also includes a lawyer (by service provision agreement) who supports the Foreigners’ Rights Department.
